• We will teach you all you need to know so you can play ice hockey and have fun. ice hockey is a great activity for big or small groups to create a fun memories. We supply you with everything you need to ice hockey, the whole icehockey equipment, sticks, skates and teaching you the basic technique in skating and handling the puck. We take a lot of pictures during the game and send them to you after the game. The winning team receives an award and the MVP (Most valuable player) gets a special price. There are good dressing room and shower facilities for teams to use after the game.

• In this tour we will explore with you one of many caves that the south part of Iceland has to offer. We will share with you and explore the geological history of the caves as we travel into the darkness with our lights shining the way. You will witness spectacular lava formations as we work our way into the cave. In the end of the cave we will stop for lunch and offer you a chance to taste some of the old Icelandic traditional food as well as telling you few stories about the trolls that are believed to use the caves as their habitats

   

  We offer two versions of this tour one where we don´t go as deep into the cave and another where we go in more difficult caves and go deeper into the cave, let us know what you think you would like better?

Mountain Bath on a Bike / Reykjadalur Fjallahjólaferð

• This tour, also known as The Steamer, offers a beautiful landscape with high views, explosion craters and a great variety of  hotprings as we bike on fun single tracks down the famous Reykjadalur “Smokey valley“ which is known for beautiful and rough nature, where you will feel the adrenalin rushing through your veins. In the middle of the ride you will have the option for a mid-ride soak in a warm geothermal river where you can relax and enjoy the mountain environment.

   

  We are proud to be the only company in Iceland who operate this tour with true local MTB guides, guides who grew up from a young age mountain biking in Reykjadalur and the Hengill volcanic area.

  Í báðum útgáfunum hefst ferðin við afleggjarann inn á Ölkelduháls og er hjólað inn eftir línuveginum.

  Í erfiðari útgáfunni er hjólað lengra inn eftir heiðinni á fáfarnari og meira krefjandi slóðum áður en farið er niður í Reykjadalinn.

  Og að sjálfsögðu gefst kostur á að fara í bað í heita læknum í Reykjadal áður en hjólað er niður dalinn.

• Samanstendur af allt að 10 stöðvum í útjaðri Hveragerðis þar sem lið ganga skemmtilega og fallega 3 km leið og þurfa að leysa þrautir og leiki sem verða á vegi þeirra (mannaðar og ómannaðar stöðvar) og safna þannig stigum sem talin verða í lok leiks og sigurvegarar kríndir. Your group will be divided into smaller units and given a map and a clue as to where you'll find the first station. Each unit has to work together to find the stations and complete the challenges. You'll earn points for each challenge your team completes and the team that finishes first and has the most points wins the game. This game offers you a chance to travel through the capital of hot springs, Hveragerði, and see some of the best things the town has to offer.

Secret Bathing & Hotspring Cooking /

• Bathing in a secret hotspring,  with no one else around you, is truly an amazing experience. One of many Iceland Activities family secrets, this tour suits everyone who is up for an adventure as we have different options for hiking and bathing for people of different ability level. We will travel on a super jeep up to the starting point on various places in the south part of Iceland where we will start the hike from. You will be hiking with a beautiful landscape all around you and a great number of hotsprings. We will share with you our extended local knowledge and experience of the area, we will show you how we have been using the hotsprings for the past 30 years in our family tours to cook food as well as offering you a chance to bath in a secret hotspring where you can enjoy the peaceful volcanic surroundings that will for sure offer a memorable experience.

  In the hotspring we will cook together delicious tomato soup and Icelandic eggs and offer you to taste a hotspring baked bread that has been cooked in the ground for 24 hours.

• A well kept secret, travel with us to the Second highest peak of the Hengill volcanic area, the second biggest volcanic are of Iceland. On our journey to the peak, you will witness old explosion craters, geothermal areas and untouched nature. From the peak you will be able to see steep down from both sides and a great view over other mountains, lakes, hotprings and glacier. This is one of our most favorite hikes and suits those who like a bit of an adventure and are not super scared of height.

Superjeep & Hike in Thorsmork /
Þórsmörk Jeppaferð

• The Tour starts from our base camp in Hveragerdi.

  Join us in a fun super jeep tour on the Southern lowlands of Iceland on modified jeep to Thorsmork (the forest of Thor) which is an incredibly beautiful mountain ridge situated between the glaciers Tindfjallajökull & the famous Eyjafjallajökull, which erupted in the year 2010, stopping all the flights in Europe.

         On our way into Thorsmork we drive over deep and powerful glacial rivers and over challenging and rough terrain, testing the capability of the jeep. We will stop and explore a beautiful canyon with a hidden waterfall at the end, we will take a look at Gígjökull glacier that almost completely disappeared in the 2010 eruption and you will be able to get a sense for the power of the eruption.

   

  In Þórsmörk you will be able to choose the difficulty level of the hike/day.As Þórsmörk offers several hiking options, we can go for an easy and relaxing shight seeing with short hikes, exploring the lower parts of the area. We can go for a moderate difficult hike where we will hike higher up in the mountains where we will see magnificent view and landscape or we can go for the most challenging option where we will hike up to Fimmvörðuháls where you will meet the lava that flowed in the year 2010, in the famous Eyjafjallajökull eruption. 

   

  On our way back we will stop at the famous waterfall. Seljarlandsfoss, where you will be able to go behind the waterfall and explore while we will pump air back into the tires of the jeep. If you have already explored Seljarlandsfoss, then we will stop at another location.

  Þorsmork is known for its beauty, vibrantly colored valleys and abundance of huge surrounding mountains and glaciers that will for sure deliver an unforgettable experience.

Óvíða á Íslandi er fegurðinn og andstæðurnar meiri, jöklar, jökulsorfið land, grænt birki, birki ilmur, lyng, ægifagrar bergmyndanir, jökulsár, krystal tærar bergvatnsár , ummerki fyrra eldgosa og menjar manna frá fornu fari svo fátt eitt sé nefnt.

  
  Allt þetta gerir Þórsmerkurferð að ólýsanlegu ævintýri!
  Á vegi okkar inn í Þórsmörk verða nokkrar ár,  misvatnsmiklar og munum við notast við sérútbúinn jeppa til að komast yfir þær.

   

  Í ferðinni er möguleiki að fara í eina langa gönguferð þar sem gengið er upp að Magna og Móða sem urðu til í eldsumbrotunum 2010 sem verður þá meginuppistaðan í ferðinni.

  Eða stoppa á mörgum stöðum og fara í margar stuttar göngur þar sem skoðuð eru t.d gil , faldir fossar og gengið upp á auðvelda hnjúka og tinda sem bjóða upp á ægifagurt útsýni.

  Við munum stoppa við Gígjökul þar sem neðsti hluti jökulsins er horfinn sem og jökullónið sem hvarf í
