  • The coast of the Reykjanes peninsula offers excellent opportunities to witness how the volcanoes of Iceland have affected the landscape and Icelandic people in historical times.

    This is a great tour where you get to witness the old times mixed with magnificent landscape. We will drive with you the south coast between Grindavik and Hveragerdi where frequent eruptions and new land formations have been happening over the last 1000 years.
    We will explore the new lava formation from the last eruption as well as older lava formations and see how the Icelanders used to live inside the lava almost 200 years ago in really hard weather conditions. We will also hike through areas with bubbling hot springs and tell you stories of the trolls, elves, ghosts, witchcraft priest and superstitions that are unique for that part of Iceland.

    Note, This is also a great tour on your arrival day or on your last day as we can end the tour or start the tour from the airport and if you like it is no problem to add a visit to the famous blue lagoon into this tour.

  • Travel with a local guide and explore some of the most popular natural attractions of the south coast. Waterfalls, glaciers, volcanoes, canyons, black sandy beaches with a local guide.

    • You will get the opportunity to walk behind the waterfall Seljalandsfoss and witness the power of the waterfall Skógafoss.
    • On a clear day you can expect to have an excellent view over the famous volcanoes Hekla and Eyjafjallajökull glacier that erupted in 2010.
    • We will stop at the roots of the magnificent glacier called Sólheimajökull, an ever changing and moving natural wonder.
    • We will visit a small village called Vík and from there we will take a fun stroll along the black sandy beach Reynisfjara with its famous basalt columns and Reynisdrangar that rice up from the ocean.
    • On our way back we will end the tour by exploring a canyon where we will find a beautiful waterfall at the end.

Exclusive Golden Circle

Exclusive Golden Circle / Gullni Hringurinn

  • This is one of the best version of the Golden circle that is offered in Iceland, We will start the tour by showing you Hveragerdi the capital of hotsprings, the town is positioned on an active volcanic zone where earthquakes are frequent thanks to the tectonic movements that rumble below. Our local guide will tell you the story of the town and show you hotsprings that bursted through the ground in the last earthquake that happened on May 29th 2008, with a magnitude of 6,3 on the Richter scale. We will also show you how we can use the heat from the ground, by cooking an egg in a boiling hotspring and taste a bread that has been baked in the ground for 24 hours.
         After Hveragerdi and a nice refreshment we will visit Geysir and witness Strokkur bursting the boiling hot water high up in the air.
         From Geysir we will work our way to Gullfoss (Golden waterfall) where we will explore this magnificent waterfall, standing on the edge of the waterfall and feel the power of the glacial water and perhaps the mist on your face.
          There after we will visit Thingvellir our national park where the oldest parliament in the world is, the guide will hike with you through the area and point out some interesting stories from the area and his ancestors, the Vikings.
